Car Seats Return Policy:
We would like our customers to love their car seats, as much as we love car seats. However, once a car seat leaves our possession we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on car seats.
This policy is common amongst car seat retailers and is in place to ensure the safety of children and to prevent car seats that have been compromised in any way from being re-sold. Car seats are a vital piece of safety equipment, and they must be in perfect working condition at all times. Once the seat leaves our possession we can't guarantee that it hasn't been compromised in any way; being dropped, improper storage; being compressed or damaged/misused by a previous consumer trying to set up or install their car seat.
However, here's how we avoid incompatible car seat issues:
When you purchase a seat from us, we highly recommend having your car seat installed by us with your purchase. This way if there is an incompatibility issue with the car seat, we will gladly exchange it for another car seat that you choose from our currently available selection that works in your vehicle.
Regrettably, a comprehensive list of car seat compatibilities cannot be provided due to the multitude of combinations involving car seats, vehicles, and child fit, as well as the various government rules and regulations.
If installing the car seat is not an option, we highly recommend contacting us prior to purchase. This will give us the ability to assess any incompatibility issues before processing your order. We cannot guarantee incompatibilities, but based on our experience, and the resources we have as certified car seat technicians, we are often able to spot them. If we see a potential problem, we will notify you before processing your order.
Furthermore, we specialize in car seats, and when we select the seats we would like to sell, profit margins are the least reason we choose to sell them. If there is a highly incompatible car seat, normally we would not sell it, and if we do choose to sell a seat as such it would be only because it's the only model that is best suited for certain situations. With these models, we pay closer attention to and monitor the sale of these seats.
Should your car seat have a defect you must contact the manufacturer's customer service, we can help you assess if it is a manufacturer defect. It is their discretion on how the problem will be rectified and we will only take back a car seat if advised to do so by the manufacturer.
Returns on other products sold:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly refund any car seat accessory sold within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase and still in original condition with the packaging.
