Car Seat Installers Inc. Shipping Policy:
- We will ship within Canada only.
- We will not ship to PO boxes.
- Weather delays or other factors (beyond our control) may impact delivery times.
- Car Seats are non-refundable. To learn more about why please have a look at our refund policy. We ONly offer refunds on Car Seat Accessories.
- Shipping fees when sending the order out are non-refundable. Return shipping is done at the customer's expense. Refused shipments and shipments that are not picked up from shipping depots are considered returns. Any monetary refunds for these orders are subject to incur return shipping charges, plus initial shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee on the original purchase price.
- There are certain remote areas or postal codes in Canada where shipping is more expensive, and as a result, our shipper will charge a higher fee for shipping to these areas. If the actual cost of shipping exceeds our normal shipping rates, our team will contact the customer to provide an updated rate and request payment for the difference.
